Often, people don't even know that they are qualified to buy a home.  Work, dinner, homework, bath time, story time, bed...Repeat!  Most normal day to day activities don't often toss in-"Call a lender to see if I can buy a home?!"  Apartment living has a place for sure...But are your ready for a HOME?

Yesterday a wonderful day for a woman that deserves the world!  Let me back up a minute...
This buyer called a lender to just see where she was financially...She was ready to move!  Her rent has been rising and rising.  To the tune of $1,200 a month.  Time to move-but to where???
Her first move was to call a lender and see what her options were.  Thankful that she was brave and took that step forward!  There was more than one way and she pressed forward...

This buyer signed her first EVER HUD-1 and bought a home!  With all her insurance and interest and principle...She is going to have a monthly payment significantly LOWER.  Really?  Tears of joy and disbelief were shed at this figure.
