I have not sold a house this week...Patience has never ever been a strong point for me.
Plugging away at prospecting. Talking, meeting, lunching, facebooking and talking on the phone happen to be strong points for me...I just keep telling everyone that I come in contact with that I am ready and able to help them buy or sell a house! From teacher conferences to the checkout line at the market I am letting people know loud and proud that I am READY! Determined and more passionate about this adventure than I ever thought possible.
I wandered through wet homes and soggy lots over the weekend. Thankfully I was able to help out a great colleague out that was out of town. I was given a great opportunity to see some wonderful
homes and better yet meet a GREAT couple. They are passionately in search for the perfect urban home that they can fill up with babies and memories. They also need a bit of a backyard to have a cozy place for chickens. I hope that they find what they are looking for...their HOME!I want to help others find their home. I just need to keep hunting for my buye
rs and my sellers. Let's do this together, build a home, hang your pictures on a wall build 85yrs ago...you just have to decide to move and let our adventure begin!Today I am not going to sell a home...but tomorrow is looking better and better...

You have a great, positive spirit that will draw people and clients to you. It's just a matter of planting the seeds now and you will have a thriving business. I loved working with you. It was obvious to me you have the best interest of your clients at heart. Always a plus. I'm anxious to see you grow your business!
